2003年1月-2021年11月 上海应用技术大学,香料香精化妆品学部 教授、院长、学部主任;
2021年11月-至今 上海交通大学,农业与生物学院 特聘教授;

从事香精科学与技术领域研究30年,先后主持了国家重点研发计划“纳米科技”重点专项(3520万元)、 “十二五”支撑计划、“973计划”前期、国家自然科学基金等国家级、省部级项目及企业项目100余项。

获国家及省部级奖10余项,国家科技进步二等奖1项(排名1,2014)、上海市教学成果特等奖1项(排名1,2017)、上海市科技进步一等奖2项(排名1,2013、2020)、中国轻工业联合会技术发明一等奖1项(排名1,2018)、中国食品科学技术学会技术进步一等奖1项(排名1,2018)。
